So, on the personal level, it is midterm ALREADY. I can't believe how fast time has gone. It's already October. I feel like school just started. Eeh. I need to be in the library right now doing research and homework. Meh- journal first. I need a break.

It is already getting cold here, the high today was 34degrees. Snow is on the forecast for the weekend. Boo. So- other than midterm exams and other goings on, I have to prepare for winter. Usually, up here, once it snows, it doesn't melt until spring. It has potential to make life difficult. We need to get the spickets covered and insulated, heavy duty extension cords for the car's block heaters to plug into, the windows need to get insulated and covered with plastic... the list goes on. It gets rather cold up here. In fact, we routinely have the coldest temperature in the country in the winter times. There's some kind of arctic chill that gets us or something. Negative 80 (-80) is not a joke, however negative 20 (-20)is about average. Boo.

I had a couple of doctor's appointments this week- the consensus is that they need "more time" to go over test results, and that I'm probably going to get referred out to a neurologist and an endocrinologist. So- I'm in the exact same place as I was before going. I was really depressed actually to hear that/ I was expecting some answers- but I guess that's how it's going to go from now on. Fibromyalgia is one of those perpetually frustrating things. I just want to know WHY I feel like this all the time... I mean, there HAS to be a physical reason hiding somewhere. We'll see. Grr.
Well, that's going to have to do it for today, folks. I'm at a friend's house, and I need to get going to the library to get some stuff done.
